Monthly Reminder

Greetings: This is a monthly reminder for all members of the Ventura County Rose Society.

The May meeting and program is scheduled for Thursday the 26th and will be at the Ventura County Educational Conference Center, 5100 Adolfo Road in Camarillo, CA. The doors will be open at 6:30 PM. Welcome and introduction will be at 7:00 PM and the program at 7:30 PM.
This program will be a presentation of the "The Roses of Spring". Every member is invited to bring your garden friends and your favorite roses/flowers to share and to discuss with everyone. It is a time to share your tips on growing good roses and maintaining your gardens. This annual event has always been very informative for members and friends to share with one another what is happening in their gardens.

May 21 rose garden tours: All that have signed up for the Huntington Library Rose Garden tour already have received their instructions for meeting at the Huntington entrance at 10:00 AM to prepare for the 10:30 AM tour by Tom Carruth.

Also for those unable to attend the above tour there is a wonderful garden tour scheduled at Gaals' Little Acre in Santa Paula. VCRS member Sandy Gaal will conduct a tour of her gardens at 10:00 AM on May 21. Please see below for more information and directions.
